Over the course of a two month period the consulting team facilitated over 20 stakeholder conversations. Stakeholders were invited to participate in a 45 minute conversation that focused on their specific organization or role within the community. To date our stakeholder engagement efforts have allowed us to collaborate with individuals from primary employers, anchor institutions, local school corporations, conservation associations, community service organizations, visitor and tourism offices and local home owners’ associations.
